Unable to get into the John Beck Club. I have called customer service 4 times, to no avail. Help is needed, if I am expected to succeed. I need access to this site!

I am two days away from my final session with Leslie, and as much as she has been enthusiastic, I feel confused and abandoned. Let me begin by explaining how excited and thankful for the opportunity to turn my life around with John Beck’s Free and Clear Program. I have invested in my future with the expectation of getting ""my hand held"" through the entire process. That has not been my feeling. The sessions have been short confusing and I have been made to feel there was so much to go through there was no time for questions. Just ""yes"" and ""no answers accepted. My instructions during the sessions have been spelled out and upon receiving the impersonal and pre-planed assignments there was a big difference in the instruction. An example of this was in session one I was told to get familiar with the property vault and find 5 tax sales; the emailed assignment advised me to find 10 vault sales. I felt I should save one in case I need it if I didn't find anything. Remember at this point I was running on excitement and anxiousness. No one explained how to find vault auctions and as a result I downloaded some that were out of my price league. I wasted some of my briefcase picks for this month due to lack of knowledge and help. But to continue; I feel rushed and I get information on what needs to be down but no direction as to how to do it. Another example: this weeks assignment, find an on line auction I want to participate in.... and answer the 15 question as well as research outstanding liens.  I have spent many nights up until the early hours on top of my 14 hour work days and so far I am discouraged  I remember signing up for 5 sessions and then was informed I would get two calls from SFS to talk about LLC and Tax concerns. Now I find out that was a session and now I only get to talk to Leslie 4 times. I need and very much want to become a success story but I need the ""hand holding"" I was promised. I feel rushed. Leslie is a good motivator and if it wasn't for her encouragement I wouldn't have stayed up late every night. However, along with encouragement, I need knowledge. I am afraid in 2 days I will be dismissed and have to struggle on my own. That is not what I expected from John Beck’s program. I will become a success story. it may just take me longer than I anticipated.

It is very important for me to have the chance to tell you how I feel about the program that few months ago I decided to enroll to base on the information that I saw on TV.

I want to start talking a little bit about your sales process:

I saw the infomercial so many times! Thinking about it every time, finally I make my decision and I get it! That very first day when I start talking to someone I start getting bored with the questions, again and again the same ones!  I'm telling you I was ready to get it, if the wasn't the case I probably would refuse to do it... overselling may damage process, and I know that you guys know about that better than me.
I was promised things that I didn't get; that happens when they tried to convince me about something that I was already convinced.

GREAT! I really appreciated every thing that he has done and his real interest to help me out, always ready to answer all my questions, give me suggestions, making me think about processes, possibilities, opportunities etc.

The Coaching Department Hot Line
  At the beginning of my process I try to reach it twice NEVER received a call back from them, I know that as I finish my coaching sessions the coaching department becomes my first contact to help me out, as of today not very exited with the idea but I know that is the way that this is, Scott told my that I can send him mails and he will help me out but still. I will try the Coaching Department hot line again; I just hope that in the future I can change my mind and my concept.

The Program:
I still think that is very good, the package the I get has lots of very important information that I will keep on using it and learning out of it as much I possibly can, but most important helpfully soon I will start using it and will try to get apply all that I can.

My personal experience:
One of the things that makes me consider to get the program other than the obvious, was the fact that I can organize my time and work at least between 5 to 10 hours a week and still see the results, unfortunately that is not necessary the case when I have to take in consideration to visit government offices that have very ""limited"" schedules (Monday to Friday) guess what! those days I'm working, the auction happened on my area on Tuesdays before 5pm, but yes once you can figure out how to find properties on a uncommon hours (late at night, Saturdays or Sundays) the rest can be easiest thing to do, screen them, created adds, post it to be sold, ..... And make some extra money! I'm hoping to able to find that way to get the properties ASAP, I know that I can do it.

About the webinars:
To day it was my very first time knowing that there are some webinars at 9pm E.T. I couldn't make it. So sad I really wanted to but next Wednesday I will plan to attend, before the webinars were schedule at 11 am E.T, I was at work.

Customer Service:
I haven't used that much but as far as today I have no complaints about it, great people, very friendly and ready to assist you and get things done. I love it!

About my financial session
That was and unpleasant experience.

Overall I want to say that I'm very happy with my investment, still working on getting things done! I want to get my first property soon, because I know that that one is the hardest one after that they will arrived one after another one. I really want this program working out for me and I will put on it my effort, my experience, and my knowledge.

I for got to add: I received a phone call telling me that my 30 day free membership was over & that I would be billed  $39.95 a month. I was under the impression that I had a 90 day free trial. I had better not be billed especially since i have not been able to use it even once yet!!!!

Charlene is doing a great job, even though I still am unable to get ANYTHING from John Beck’s vault! I have wasted 2 weeks now & I am starting the 3rd. week of nothing going no were. The HOT LINE is really not much help. I am unable to get the down loads unencrypted so I can start the research prose. I have talked to Chuck & he seams to be trying to help me. I am getting very discouraged with John Beck’s Pennies on the Dollar system!

My coach is Doug Morgan and he is a good teacher. I have learned a lot of info on investing. I wish we had an hour with our coach instead of 30 minutes so that I would have more time to ask questions after he is finished teaching. Thank God for the webinar I learned a lot from that as well because an hour goes a long way. I am OK with the information I received from my coach during my 4 coaching sessions... thought I was to get 5 but only got 4.

I was told by one of your agents under the direction of Mr. Frank Francois, that I would receive one-on-one mentoring starting with (1) finding an investment property (2)securing found property for resale (3)selling secured property for profit. I assumed the coaching sessions would the one-on-one learn as you go process. In doing so I would be used in a John Beck infomercial success story.
I was promised that when I purchased the John Beck system for $2250
I would make several deals through this mentoring process within 3-4 months.
I purchased this system Aug. 2, 2008. I have talked to coaches via the HOTLINE, downloaded and searched several files from the Property Vault and have had correspondence with my coach. As of yet I have NOT had the one-on-one mentoring I expected, to help me FIND an investment property much less sell one for profit. I admit that for the $2250, I have probably received much more information than those that didn't spend the money. However: I only purchased this system because of the PROMISE of several deals with one-on-one mentoring.

I am very interested in purchasing parcels in the John Beck Land Bank--- 2 parcels in Timberon NM and at least (1) 40 acre parcel in Pershing NV. I would like to set up a self directed IRA with Wealth Solutions for retirement purposes to do this. In order to do that I must complete at least one or two sales of tax properties for profit. A process which I was hoping (by this time) I would have completed and learned through the mentoring I was promised. This makes me suspicious of this whole program.

I fully intend to be a John Beck success story, but for me to do an infomercial for John Beck at this moment would not be pretty.
Can I get some help to get me started PLEASE.
